Allstate Computer, LLC - Policy, Procedure & Warranty Information

Within this agreement Allstate Computers, LLC. is also represented by “us,” “we,” and “Allstate Computers.” This Agreement applies to any order, purchase, receipt, delivery or use of any products or services from Allstate Computers, LLC. All warranties begin on the date of original invoice and are based on actual calendar days. Warranties are issued to the person or entity named on the original invoice and is therefore, nontransferable.

PAYMENT/TERMS

All prices quoted by Allstate Computers verbally or via printed advertising do not include shipping and handling costs or applicable sales tax. Due to the volatility of pricing from our suppliers, any prices quoted are guaranteed only for the day on which they are quoted. Unless prior arrangements are made, charges for goods or services are due in full upon delivery of the goods or completion of services. All special ordered items are to be paid for in advance. Special ordered items are NOT RETURNABLE and are NOT REFUNDABLE. All purchases remain the property of Allstate Computers until full payment is received. Service labor is charged on an hourly basis at the quoted labor rate and will be billed accordingly. Telephone tech-support will be billed at an hourly rate and billed in quarter hour increments after the first five minutes.

NFS & FAILURE TO PAY

Any payment not honored by your financial institution, i.e., insufficient funds, will incur a $25.00 fee plus bank charges. Satisfaction of deficient payments will be made within (3) three business days of notice of occurrence. Payment for such deficiency is required to be in the form of cash, (U.S. currency), a U.S. postal money order or certified bank check drawn on a U.S. bank made payable to Allstate Computers, LLC. While we do accept credit cards, they are not an acceptable form of payment for such a deficiency. Any amount not paid when due will incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, (18% per annum), as allowed by law. Failure to abide by these terms will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

ALLSTATE COMPUTERS WARRANTY & SUPPORT POLICIES

The following limited warranty protection covers failures due to defect in materials and workmanship supplied and installed by Allstate Computers. Warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, abuse, accidents, viruses, unauthorized parts or service, user error, vandalism, fire, lightening damage, flood, hurricane, tornado, or any other acts of nature or for failures that result from the use of products, services, or software that is not installed by Allstate Computers. Failure to adhere to all aspects of this agreement may result in damage not being covered under limited warranty.

COMPLETE NEW SYSTEMS

Complete new systemscarry a one year limited warranty on parts, peripherals and labor. This warranty covers defect in materials and workmanship only. Any failures not due to defect in materials and workmanship will be billed at our technical service labor rates in effect AT THE TIME OF WARRANTY SERVICE. Warranty repair will be performed at our in-store technical service department. On-Site warranty repairs will be performed if located within the city limits of Jupiter, Florida. Warranty services performed outside of the city limits of Jupiter, Florida will be billed a service call fee at our technical service labor rates in effect AT THE TIME OF WARRANTY SERVICE.

NEW PARTS INSTALLED BY ALLSTATE COMPUTERS

New individual parts & peripherals if installed by Allstate Computers carry a one year limited warranty, which covers defects in material and workmanship only. Warranty repairs of this nature will be performed at our in-store technical service department only. On-site warranty repair will be billed a service call fee at our current rate in effect AT THE TIME OF WARRANTY SERVICE.

NEW PARTS NOT INSTALLED BY ALLSTATECOMPUTERS

New individual Parts & Peripherals not installed by Allstate Computers carry a (14) FOURTEEN day limited warranty. After (14) FOURTEEN days, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.

USED OR "REFURBISHED" EQUIPMENT

All used or “refurbished” parts, peripherals, or complete systems are sold on an "as-is ” basis with no warranty expressed or implied by Allstate Computers. Sale of all used or refurbished parts, peripherals, or complete systems are final. They are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.

ALLSTATE COMPUTERS LABOR & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

At the time service is requested, Allstate Computers will strive to correct any problem or perform any service specified on the work order. The labor specified on the work order comes with a (14) FOURTEEN day limited warranty from the date of invoice.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Manufacturers often supply warranties on their own. These warranties are provided by the individual manufacturer and are documented in the literature supplied that accompanies all new systems and peripherals. Administration of a manufacturer’s warranty is handled through the individual manufacturer and not Allstate Computers.

ALLSTATE COMPUTERS STORE CREDIT, REPAIR & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Allstate Computers, L.L.C. prides itself on the use of only the highest quality products. If one of these new products should be defective, please contact us immediately to receive a RMA #.

ALLSTATE COMPUTERS RETURN CRITERIAL

After (30) THIRTY Days, All Authorized Returns Will be for Repair or Replacement Only and Must Meet Both the Above Policy and the Following Criteria

Allstate Computers does not guarantee software or peripheral compatibility unless installed and setup by us. We guarantee that any repairs, upgrades or software we install will function properly on its own. It is your responsibility to inform Allstate Computers of any peripherals or software that you may want to use with a system that is being purchased, repaired or upgraded. Failure to adhere to the advice of one of our authorized technicians will void any liability of Allstate Computers.

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

I authorize Allstate Computers, LLC. to perform up to (1) hour of labor and have verified the accuracy of the information contained within this work order. I understand that any additional labor or necessary parts will require my authorization before the technician can continue. I agree that Allstate Computers, LLC. is not responsible for ANY data loss that may occur while my equipment or media is in their care. I understand that my equipment will be disposed of as they see fit if it is not picked up within 90 days of today’s date. I understand that I am responsible for paying for all parts and labor that I authorize for the completion of this work order or Allstate Computers reserves the right to put a lien on the equipment and/or take legal action.
